Imperial Parking Systems is a family owned and operated parking business established in 1960. We develop, lease, and operate garages in the tri state area.

Imperial Parking Systems provides the New York Metro Area with innovative, convenient and safe parking solutions so that our customers can go about their business with a positive start.

How We Operate

Our garages are clean and secure. Customer service is a hallmark of our company. We believe that a great parking experience begins and ends with the people on the front line. Our parking attendants wear uniforms, speak English, and attend an extensive training program. The owners inspect each garage every month to ensure our employees provide outstanding customer service. We also employ mystery shoppers to rate their experience at our parking garages.
